SAMPLE LIST OF SERVICES ON PACKAGE “ECONOM”:

• Accounting service of business (entrepreneur) – up to 1 employee (up to 3 employees + 400 UAH. If you have more than 3 salaried employees, actively doing business, cost of accounting services is negotiated separately);
• Preparation and providing of the accounting reports;
• Reviewing of internal documents of the company (employer), including documentation of Personnel Management Department (HR department);
• Drafting, editing contracts (1-3 contract per month, depending on complexity);
• No more than one meeting outside the office per month, within the city of Kyiv (meeting, negotiations, where the presence of attorney or lawyer is necessary);
• Drafting and editing letters, complaints, orders of director, protocols, up to 3 per month;
• No more than 3 consultations per month, during business hours (9:30 to 18:00, Mon – Fri.) *

• Legal services: from 6000 UAH. per month
• Accounting services: from 3000 UAH. per month

SAMPLE LIST OF SERVICES ON PACKAGE “STANDARD”:

•    Kadrolu çalışan sayısı 3 ve 3’ten fazla olan şirketin (şahıs şirketinin) muhasebe kayıtlarının tutulması. Muhasebe hizmetlerinin nihai ücreti muhasebecimizin gerçekleştireceği şirket evrakları analizinden sonra belirlenir;

• Bookkeeping business, accounting service of business (entrepreneur) with 3 or more employees. The exact cost of accounting services will determined after our accountant verify the documentation of the enterprise;
• Preparation and providing of the accounting reports;
• Review of internal documents about the company (employer), including documentation of Personnel Management Department (HR department);
• Drafting, editing contracts (2-5 contracts per month, depending on complexity);
• Drafting, editing letters, complaints, orders of director, protocols, up to 5 per month;
• Not more than 5 consultations per month, during business hours (9:30 to 18:00, Mon .- Fri.) *;
• No more than two meeting outside the office per month, within the city of Kyiv (meeting, negotiations, where the presence of attorney or lawyer is necessary);
• Preparation of claim, no more than 1 pc. a month;
• Tax planning;
• Legal support during the negotiations, conclusion of a contract, no more than 2 times a month, in Kiev.

Ability and cost of attorney’s business trip outside of Kyiv, cost of work outside of working hours are negotiated separately!

• Legal Services: 10 000 UAH. per month
• Accounting services: from 5600 UAH. per month

SAMPLE LIST OF SERVICES ON PACKAGE “ELITE”:

• Accounting service of business (entrepreneur). The exact cost of accounting services will determined after our accountant verify the documentation of the enterprise;
• Preparation and providing of the accounting reports;
• Review of internal documents about the company (employer), including documentation of Personnel Management Department (HR department);
• Pre-contractual and contractual work (4-7 contracts per month, depending on complexity);
• Drafting, editing letters, complaints, orders of director, protocols, up to 7 per month;
• Legal advice (not more than 7 per month, including three consultations during non-working time from 18-00 to 24-00, 7-00 to 9-30 with a) *;
• Preparation of claims, but not more than 2 per month;
• Legal support during the seizure, search, inspection of the company by state authorities: UBEP, tax, police, etc. (no more than 1 per month);
• Tax planning;
• Registration of changes in the statutes of the company, but not more than 1 time per month;
• Legal support during the negotiations, conclusion of a contract, no more than 3 times a month, in Kiev.
